Right Care, Right Time & Right Team (3R) Project

Introduction

Right Care, Right Time & Right Team (3R) Project is jointly organized by Evangel Children’s Home, Precious Blood Children’s Village and Sisters of the Good Shepherd, to provide comprehensive care plan for the admitted children.

Project 3R is supported by The Community Chest of Hong Kong (Apr 2024 – Mar 2026). Evangel Hospital is our co-operation partner providing a series of medical and psychological services to the residents.

Purpose

  • Improve physical and psychological health of residential / day care children by early identification and intervention through one stop service.
  • Bridge the service gap before the first treatment could be started in public medical organizations.

Users include cases that suffer from different degrees of trauma, anxiety, depression, those suspected ADHD, ASD and developmental disorder.

Scope of Services

  • Receive case referrals by residential caseworkers and staff.

  • Refer cases in need to public medical organizations for long term follow up.
