Job duties
- Supervise the hostel parent team, responsible for operation of the hostel
- develop and implement personal growth plans and activities for children in residential care, plan and coordinate group activities.
Education and experience
- Recognized degree or higher qualification in social work, and be a registered social worker
- Mature, caring, and a strong team player
- Minimum of two years’ work experience; candidates with experience in children’s or youth residential care will be given priority.
Working hours
- 44 hours a week
- Shift work and overnight on-call duties are required
Salary will be commensurate with experience and academic qualifications.
